We have an automated order fulfillment system, and once orders are placed on our website they are very quickly sent electronically to our warehouse for shipment. Due to an extremely high volume of shipments once an order has been sent to the warehouse to be fulfilled it cannot be cancelled, so there's a very short window of opportunity, which is usually just a minute or two for an order to be cancelled. You can request to cancel an order by email at sales@hawkmotosport.com. Requesting a cancellation does not guarantee your order will be cancelled, and it may only be cancelled if it has not been sent to the warehouse. Please be sure you want your item before placing an order, and that its the correct item. We have a very fast shipping system in place so that we can ship orders quickly, as the demand for fast shipments is much greater than cancellation requests. We do accept returns for items ordered by mistake, and our return policy can be viewed on our website.
